BitFenix Recon Touchscreen Fan Controller Review
Overall it is far superior to my previous controller and so far it is coping perfectly so I'm super chuffed with it. Software doesn't like 2 NICs, uses local host to connect, which throws it.
It has 5 fan cables, USB cable to connect to the mobo, molex plug with pass through and 5 temo sensors. With the use of a pair of USB connections, this controller is now directly connected to the PC for communication. Bad experience unfortunately and I butfenix going to be contacting Overclockers to return it as it just doesn't work: Decent price, kept me updated with progress, well packed and they chucked in some sweeties!

This five channel fan controller features internet connectivity - another world first from the BitFenix Design Labs. Items that are bought by us when a purchase is made, this generally is for highly expensive items, items with a very slow run rate or speciality items. I would have liked it though if the cables were sleeved like the Alchemy cables but that would increase the cost by quite a bit I'd imagine.

Its a great looking product which is why I gave it two stars instead of one but as functionality goes its dreadful to use. Fitting it to my T was a bit of a chore as the screws provided didn't stop the unit from small vertical movement and putting the front of the case back on was a struggle also.
